Our well-honed process for managing home additions is designed to be flexible, allowing you to be as hands-on or hands-off as you’d like throughout the journey.

It all starts with a free, in-person consultation to learn about your needs, wants, and budget. From there, our trusted architect, Randall Comfort of Comfort Architecture, will meet you at your home to discuss your vision and how you use your space. Randall will then provide a proposal for architectural services—completely free of charge.

Next, we develop conceptual floor plans and exterior 2D elevation drawings to help you visualize the possibilities. Once you’ve chosen your preferred design, we’ll provide an itemized rough estimate.

We also encourage transparency and comparison—you’re welcome to use our plans to gather multiple contractor quotes. While we hope we’re the right team for your project, we believe in finding the best fit for your needs.
