Sam has been working with his hands for as long as he can remember. From a young age, he was mentored by an old Greek woodworker named Leo, whose workshop became the place where Sam first learned the art of true craftsmanship.
With over twenty years of experience in both business leadership and the construction trades, Sam is uniquely equipped to turn your project from a vision into a reality.
It’s reassuring to know that your contractor has a solid reputation and commitment to the community. Sam is a longtime member of the Saint Louis business scene, and away from work, he’s a devoted husband to Pamela and proud father to Ethan, Dylan, and Stella.
Pamela Lovett- Coffey
Pam is not only the love of Sam’s life but also a total badass mom to Ethan, Dylan, and Stella. Simply put, nothing would get done without her. While she’s the backbone of the homefront, Pam also plays a key role in the business, helping with everything from material acquisitions and research to scheduling, design, and estimating.
With decades of sales experience under her belt, her skills are invaluable, especially when it comes to estimating projects and keeping communication smooth with clients. She’s truly the secret weapon behind the scenes.
Nick Brenneisen
Nick has been honing his skills with a hammer ever since the days of renting movies from Blockbuster.
After spending over a decade specializing in high-end tile installation, he brought his expertise to The Coffey Shop, where his full range of talents truly flourished. From framing to finish, Nick ensures that every aspect of the job—both inside and outside the walls—is done right the first time.
His meticulous approach guarantees that the finished product not only looks fantastic but is built to stand the test of time.

Meet Nick—though we call him Billy, because having two Nicks around just gets too confusing! Billy is the kind of guy who seems like he was born with a hammer in his hand, and it definitely shows in his work.
Whether it’s framing, finish work, or anything in between, he has a natural talent for whatever craft he tackles. His strong work ethic, combined with a keen eye for detail, means he consistently exceeds expectations.
